Privacy policy

• Your email, entered at checkout or on sign-up. It is how the order code and our replies reach you.
• Order data: code, service, amount, the public address of the target, price, state and history.
• Usage measurement: pages visited, approximate country, browser and device.

We never ask for or store your social media password, and we never receive your card number.

To count visitors without a tracking cookie, we derive a pseudonym from the IP address and the browser, passed through an irreversible hash. It is worth stating honestly what that is: an indirect identifier that persists across days. It is not a cookie, it does not store the IP and it does not identify a person — but neither is it a purely anonymous count.

Where Google Analytics is enabled, it is not loaded on account, checkout or order pages.

• The payment processor, which receives the amount, the currency and the order identifier in order to issue the charge.
• The supplier that carries out the delivery, which receives the public address of the target and the quantity — never your email.
• Authorities, when there is a legal order.

We do not sell, rent or hand data to third-party advertising.

Order data is kept for as long as it is needed for support, refills and tax obligations. Usage measurement is aggregated and keeps no individual browsing history.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to support@followerstation.com. We reply within 30 days. Deletion removes the account and the link between you and your orders; the accounting record of the transaction remains for as long as the law requires.

We use a cookie only to keep the session of someone signed in to the customer area. There is no advertising cookie and no cross-site tracking.
